Basmatti rice cooked in our lamb broth seasoned with spices and herbs, served with tender braised lamb shoulder topped with fried pine nuts and almonds. A side of yogurt cucumber dip is included as well as a side of hummus and pita. 2 servings, 1 serving shown.

When ready to reheat please remove lid, and remove nut garnish, hummus, pita, and yogurt cucumber sauce. Recover entrée tightly with the cover, and bake in a preheated 350 F oven for 30-35 minutes until hot (around 120 F) throughout. Let sit covered for 5 minutes, uncover, garnish with nuts, and serve with yogurt cucumber sauce on the side.
